Refund policy

Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? No problem!

  • You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped i.e. with 24 hours of your order placed
  • To cancel your order, email us at  mgs@ecovillage.org.in.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation is acknowledged and confirmed.
  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We don't accept returns.
  • We accept only exchanges.
  • All exchanges can be done only by physically visiting Govardhan Ecovillage Gift Shop.
  • Exchanges are applicable only for products that are damaged during shipping.
  • To request an exchange, drop us a mail on mgs@ecovillage.org.in  within 3 days of the date of delivery.
  • Conditions for exchange: You can exchange the product only if:
  • The item is damaged, leaking, tampered, or has a broken seal
  • The item is incorrect or different from what was ordered
  • The product is expired or past its use-by date
  • Once you submit a return request, we will review it within 72 working hours.

Important Note: Products will be exchanged only by visiting the Govardhan Ecovillage Gift Shop within 30 days of delivery.


Exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, altered or is missing original contents
  • Original packaging (box, carton, labels) is missing
  • The exchange is due to personal preference (e.g., personals dislike or change of mind)
  • The return is requested after 3 days from delivery
